Hello! This is where you can schedule an hour long 1-to-1 online consultation with me, Dr. Nicole Gruel.

In our time together I promise to honor wherever you are on your journey. Through embodied and empathic listening, I will reflect back to you what is most clear to me about where you're at and will provide laser sharp questions to stretch you into your greatest potential.

Our conversation is designed to bring out your deepest wisdom because deep down you already have the answers (it's just massively helpful to have someone extract them succinctly, remind us of our innate power and beauty, and see us for who we really are).

A bit about me:

I'm a mama, descend from a 450 year samurai lineage, and am passionate about helping people live their most fulfilling life. My PhD is in transpersonal psychology, a path that helped me make more sense of my own and other people's profound spiritual experiences, how to weave them into our daily lives, and how to step into the magnificence we are each here to be.

I'm an advisory board member for Spiritual Awakenings International (SAI), previous board member of the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS), and past mentor coach at the American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences (ACISTE). I'm a certified counsellor, coach, and have studied several energy healing modalities.

I bring all that I am to each and every session and I look forward to meeting with you.
